Full-time A professional chef is required to work in a hotel restaurant, with no less than 5 years of experience in cooking and preparing various meals. The candidate must be able to work under pressure and efficiently manage the kitchen team while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Key tasks: • Planning and preparing menus and innovating new recipes • Supervising the preparation and cooking of all dishes and ensuring their quality • Managing inventory and ordering fresh food supplies • Training and guiding the kitchen team • Committing to food safety standards and hygiene procedures • Coordinating work between different kitchen departments • Ensuring food is delivered on time and at the required quality.
