We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Employee to join our influencer marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting influencers, coordinating visits, and managing coverage tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contacting influencers via phone, email, and social media to schedule visits and coverage tasks.

- Coordinating and managing influencer visits, ensuring that all logistics run smoothly.

- Providing detailed information about our campaigns and answering any questions influencers may have.

- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and scheduled visits.

- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the smooth execution of influencer campaigns.

- Following up with influencers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

- Addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the coordination process.

Responsible for managing and executing daily accounting operations accurately and efficiently, preparing periodic financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax and zakat regulations in accordance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

• Recording and analyzing financial transactions according to approved accounting standards.

• Preparing financial statements and periodic reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).

• Preparing tax and zakat declarations and ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.

• Monitoring the company's tax and zakat obligations and providing advice on best tax practices.

• Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

• Managing monthly and annual account closing processes.

• Monitoring and analyzing expenses and revenues and suggesting possible improvements.

• Ensuring the application of modern accounting systems and working on developing financial processes.

• Contributing to the preparation of management reports, budget estimates, and financial planning.

• Working on accounting programs and accurately entering financial data.

Receiving patients and visitors and directing them to the various departments in the clinic.

Answering phone calls and providing basic information to patients.

Scheduling patient appointments and organizing the doctors' timetable.

Recording patients' personal data in the system and preparing their medical files.

Monitoring the availability of doctors and medical facilities to ensure smooth workflow.

Handling all general inquiries related to the health services provided.

Providing administrative support to other teams in the clinic.

Ensuring a clean and tidy environment in the reception area.

Handling emergency situations professionally and calmly.
