The job description for an installation engineer
1. Equipment Installation: Responsible for installing smart lock equipment. Ensure that the equipment is installed correctly according to design requirements and technical standards.
2. Construction Management: During the installation process, is responsible for construction progress and quality, ensuring that the installation process complies with specifications and relevant safety standards.
3. Technical Support: Providing technical support during the installation process, solving technical problems encountered during the installation process, and ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
4. Debugging and Testing: After installation is complete, debug and test to ensure that the equipment can operate normally and meet design requirements. Adjust and optimize parameters to ensure optimal equipment performance.
5. Safety Management: During the installation process, comply with safety regulations to ensure the safety of the workplace and employees. Detect potential safety hazards and address them in a timely manner to prevent accidents.
6. Documentation: Recording the installation process to ensure that the project has complete technical documentation support.
7. Customer Communication: Communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide timely feedback on the installation progress, offering usage guidance, and ensuring customers can use and maintain the equipment properly.
8. After-sales Support: Providing after-sales maintenance support, addressing equipment malfunctions that occur after installation, conducting regular inspections and maintenance, and ensuring the stable operation of the equipment in the long term.
