Employment is very immediate

• Greeting Guests: Warmly welcoming guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Managing Reservations: Handling reservation tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
• Seating Arrangements: Organizing seating arrangements to optimize guest experiences.
• Waitlist Management: Maintaining a waitlist during peak hours and providing updates to guests.
• Communication Hub: Acting as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments.
• Menu Familiarity: Being knowledgeable about menu offerings, assisting guests in making choices.
• Upselling and Promotions: Promoting special offers to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring cleanliness in the waiting area and coordinating with staff accordingly.
• Problem Resolution: Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Cash Handling: Managing cash transactions accurately.
• Shift Coordination: Ensuring smooth transitions between shifts with effective communication.
• Customer Relationship Building: Building rapport with regular guests to enhance their experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration preferred.
• 23 years of experience in a similar role.
• Background in international luxury hotel chains.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.

• Greeting and seating guests
• Managing reservations and waiting lists using the Sevenrooms platform
• Answering phone calls and assisting with guest enquiries
• Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
• Collaborating with the FOH staff to provide seamless service to guests

• Applicants must be Saudi and fluent in English
• Must be able to start immediately
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• A minimum of 1 year experience as a hostess in a fine dining restaurant
