Construction Manager FIT OUT

About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Construction Manager FIT OUT to oversee and coordinate all construction activities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Construction Manager will lead the construction team, manage subcontractors and resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. The position involves problem-solving and decision-making to address issues throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all project-related cost controls by collecting, analyzing, and advising management on appropriate courses of action based on cost efficiency and capability.
• Establish and maintain line item costs for all associated preliminaries and consumables projected over the project period.
• Strategize, manage, and develop all relevant approaches to ensure the delivery of project earnings.
• Maintain the quality and value of all services and goods to minimize cash tied up in inventory and ensure the flow of outputs.
• Monitor and support all aspects of value engineering, including tracking changes and reconciling variations.
• Manage proper allocation of assets and liabilities by ensuring proper maintenance of project insurance requirements.
• Manage the elimination of potential risks and hazards by identifying elements of project design likely to result in claims or disputes.
• Participate in tendering processes to identify and report all potential discrepancies.
• Be involved in all Human Resource processes and procedures, including mobilization and demobilization.
• Manage cost planning, commercial management, value engineering, and contract administration at every phase of the process.
• Ensure compliance and development of all safety policies and procedures across all positions and personnel within the project.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 12 years of experience in construction management, specifically within FIT OUT projects. The role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and relevant safety and building codes.
