Customer Account Manager

Continuous communication with customers and ensuring their needs are met. Managing customer accounts and working to develop long-term relationships. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the highest quality services are provided. Providing periodic reports on business progress and the specific needs of customers. Requirements: Proficiency in both Arabic and English. At least 10 years of experience in account management or customer relations. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage and develop strong professional relationships. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
