The Job in a Nutshell:

You should have a diploma or degree in the hospitality field along with previous experience in hotel reservations. You must be computer literate with excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English, while additional language skills are an asset.

You will need to work effectively with a sense of professionalism and build effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
