We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Modern Systems Trading Company. Job Description:
You will play a vital role in establishing and defining performance and quality standards in customer service. You will be involved in updating customer service procedures and developing the necessary programs to enhance quality and professionalism. You must be skilled in identifying strengths and weaknesses in customer service systems and providing specialized documentation and reports. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct studies and analyses to determine performance indicators.
- Participate in updating customer service procedures.
- Develop programs and initiatives to improve service quality.
- Analyze customer satisfaction information and identify recurring patterns.
- Prepare and present documents and reports. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any of the disciplines such as Public Relations, Customer Service, or Executive Secretariat. In addition to professional certifications such as (CCNA) and (MCSE). Skills:
You must have advanced skills in customer service, investigations, quality assurance, and customer experience management.
