D CRM Techno Functional Consultant

About the Role

Systems Arabia is seeking a D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the configuration, customization, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong understanding of both functional business requirements and technical CRM capabilities, with exposure to Dynamics DCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Work with CRM modules, workflows, business rules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Support system integrations, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure CRM solutions align with business requirements.
• Provide ongoing application support, resolve system issues, and optimize CRM performance.
• Utilize experience with Dynamics DCC to support relevant customer engagement and service management processes.
• Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guides as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience working with both on-premises and cloud-based D365 CRM environments.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills.
• Practical experience in techno-functional aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and business process support.
• Exposure to or experience with Dynamics DCC.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia, preferably with a transferable Iqama.
• Experience working on government-sector or large-scale enterprise CRM projects.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.
