The Role of DevOps Engineer

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This permanent position focuses on integrating security practices into DevOps processes, ensuring secure CI/CD pipelines, robust cloud operations, and continuous compliance throughout the software delivery lifecycle. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Integrate security tools and automated controls for SAST, DAST, Software Composition Analysis (SCA), secrets scanning, and container image scanning.
• Ensure cloud security governance across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, covering IAM, RBAC, encryption, network security, and secrets management.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation efforts, and maintain security and compliance evidence across cloud and production environments.

Candidate Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant DevOps or DevSecOps role.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with security tools for SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and container image scanning.
• Knowledge of cloud security governance principles across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform and Ansible.
