About the Role:
Novay AI is looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing integrated digital marketing strategies including content design, video production, paid ad campaigns, mobile and web UX optimization, and leveraging AI tools to enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Design engaging visual content including graphics, short videos, and motion graphics for various digital channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Enhance user experience and interface (UI/UX) for websites and mobile apps, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Utilize AI-powered tools (*, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI) for content generation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and deliver regular reports with actionable insights and ROI tracking.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and the sales team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Solid experience in managing paid campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok).
• Good knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and user experience design.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for content creation and performance optimization.
• Excellent copywriting and creative messaging skills.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects on deadlines.
