Key Responsibilities
Develop Social Media Strategy
- Create comprehensive social media strategies tailored to B2B clients' goals and target audiences.
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Content Creation
- Create and write high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (*, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok).
- Write compelling copy for posts, blogs, and social media updates.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create multimedia content.
Community Management
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally.
- Foster a sense of community and engagement among followers.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to promote B2B clients' products or services.
- Use social media advertising tools to boost posts and create targeted ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
Ad Creation and Management
- Design and create compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to B2B audiences.
- Set up, monitor, and manage social media ad campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
Budget Management
- Allocate and manage budgets for social media advertising campaigns.
- Track spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving maximum ROI for B2B clients.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Use data to inform future strategies and improve overall social media performance.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with B2B clients to understand their goals and preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (*, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok).
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (*, Snapchat Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
