Director Asset Management

About the Role

Binding Partnerships is seeking a Director of Asset Management for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is within a global leading asset manager, part of Prudential's Global Asset Management business, which focuses on improving financial services and making a meaningful impact. The Middle East platform operates as a unified, region-led franchise with an established institutional presence and growing strategic relevance. This position requires leadership to drive growth, deepen institutional relationships, and steward the franchise through its next phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover prospects and clients across Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on Riyadh and any agreed territories.
• Conduct frequent trips and meetings to introduce the brand, steer dialogue toward focused strategies, and introduce relevant teams.
• Raise funds across various asset types and manage investor relationships across defined investor segments.
• Share call memos, prospect information, market-sounding data, and support team strategy for coverage.

Qualifications and Experience

• A primary client book in Riyadh covering Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs), institutions, banks, insurance companies, endowments, pension funds, and Tier I & Tier II family offices / UHNWIs.
• Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in business development, coverage, or distribution within asset management, investment banks, financial institutions, or private equity houses.

Preferred Qualifications

• A secondary client book within other GCC geographies.
• Background in Fixed Income/Credit.
• Currently based in Riyadh.
• Saudi National.
