We’re searching for a visionary E-commerce Manager to drive our digital transformation and online growth.

Role Overview:
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing O-100’s online strategy, significantly scaling our e-commerce platform. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision, and deep expertise in digital commerce, including SEO, Google Ads, mobile app implementation, and digital marketing planning within the luxury retail industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with O-100’s ambitious growth objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the e-commerce platform.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
  • Implement and manage the development and rollout of a dedicated mobile application to enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, improve conversion rates, and increase online sales.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, Brand Team, IT, and retail operations to ensure seamless integration across channels.
  • Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with the broader strategic vision of O-100.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
  • Manage e-commerce budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the website and app align with the brand’s luxury positioning through premium content, design, and user experience.
  • Oversee logistics, including fulfillment efficiency, inventory management, and last-mile delivery solutions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and growing an e-commerce platform, preferably within luxury retail or fragrances.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, analytics, customer journey optimization, and platform management.
  • Experience in successfully implementing and managing mobile applications.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and operational capability.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic required.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
