Financial Accounts Manager

A financial accounts manager with at least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and financial management for companies is required. The candidate will be responsible for leading the financial team and managing all accounting and financial operations of the company while ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and local laws. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with proficiency in modern accounting software is required. Key tasks and responsibilities: • Preparing and analyzing monthly and annual financial reports • Managing budgets and analyzing cash flows • Supervising daily accounting operations and account reconciliations • Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures • Managing relationships with external auditors and banks • Providing recommendations for improving financial efficiency and reducing costs • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial and accounting records • Preparing financial forecasts and future business plans.
