We require an experienced Human Resources Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management, with a university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or its equivalent. The responsible person will take on the tasks of leading and developing human resources strategies and ensuring their efficient implementation to achieve the organization's goals. The main tasks include: • Managing recruitment and selection processes and developing hiring policies • Planning and executing training and professional development programs for employees • Managing the payroll, bonuses, and compensation system • Developing and updating the company's internal policies and regulations • Managing performance, evaluating employees, and developing succession plans • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and relevant legislation • Building a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee satisfaction • Preparing periodic reports and analyzing key performance indicators.
