As a key player in one of the leading real estate development companies in Saudi Arabia, you will oversee all human resources functions ensuring compliance with local regulations and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Saudi labor laws and company objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Saudization: Lead recruitment efforts and build relationships with local universities to attract top talent while meeting Saudization quotas.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Advise on labor laws, foster a positive work culture, and conduct engagement surveys.
  • Performance & Compensation: Design management systems, manage payroll and benefits, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, implement training programs, and support leadership development.
  • HR Operations & Policies: Streamline HR processes and update policies according to labor law changes.

Requirements & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: 1015 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia (real estate/construction experience is a plus).
Language: Proficiency in Arabic & English.
Key Competencies: Strong understanding of Saudization strategies, negotiation skills, and conflict-resolution abilities.
