Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing tailored sales quotes and proposals.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about Tashawr’s services.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Organize and manage customer information for enhanced communication and service delivery.
- Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure all orders comply with Tashawr’s internal policies and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Collect, analyze, and report sales performance metrics.
- Prepare insightful sales reports and dashboards for management.
- Monitor and share customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Adhere to Tashawr’s policies and compliance standards in all sales activities.
- Ensure all processes meet company and industry regulations.
Requirements:- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations.
- Nationality: Saudi.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong skills in negotiation and relationship-building.
