Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Finance & Accounting operations.
- Maintain Hyatt’s high standards in financial management.

Qualifications:
- Ideally, a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- CA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Director of Finance or Finance Manager in a larger operation.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • 810 years relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in a similar role for a bank or financial services company is advantageous.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Sector, particularly in Financial Reporting at group level.
  • Management experience with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
