Job Purpose
Reporting to the Managing Director KSA, the role of the Head of Finance entails ensuring support in end-to-end P&L management and reporting. It involves timely and accurate data provision to facilitate informed business decisions concerning the KSA business. The position also requires close collaboration with Group finance functional leads in areas including FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, financial reporting, and procurement.
Job Accountabilities
Experience / Skills Required:
Reporting to the Managing Director KSA, the role of the Head of Finance entails ensuring support in end-to-end P&L management and reporting. It involves timely and accurate data provision to facilitate informed business decisions concerning the KSA business. The position also requires close collaboration with Group finance functional leads in areas including FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, financial reporting, and procurement.
Job Accountabilities
- Management of end-to-end P&L.
- Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting of revenues and expenses.
- Overseeing business cases related to new prospects in the KSA market.
- Tracking and maintaining Capex expenses.
- Receivables management to ensure timely collections against raised invoices.
- Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end closing and reporting in compliance with IFRS, group policies, and statutory requirements.
- Consolidation of group financial statements and preparation of local financial statements.
- Management of statutory audits and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Cashflow management in coordination with Group Treasury.
- Support in procurement activities with group procurement.
- Establishment and operation of robust financial controls framework.
- Oversight of all tax matters for the local entity.
- Meeting internal audit requirements.
Experience / Skills Required:
- University degree complemented with finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- 810 years relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role for a bank or financial services company is advantageous.
- Experience in the Financial Services Sector, particularly in Financial Reporting at group level.
- Management experience with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
