Almaaly Recruitment is seeking a skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial activities of the company in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement both long-term and short-term financial strategies, oversee budgeting processes, and ensure accurate financial projections.
• Accounting Oversight: Supervise the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
• Liquidity Management: Monitor cash flow and manage relationships with banks for credit facilities.
• Financial Analysis: Provide detailed analysis of financial statements and make recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Direct the finance team and foster interdepartmental coordination.

Job Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CMA or CPA are preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting, with a proven leadership track record.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
