Candidate Experience:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share within the Leisure/Wholesale segment.
- Prospect and develop new accounts through sales calls, telemarketing, and direct mail.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to optimize sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through virtual sales calls, telemarketing, and digital communication, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
- Attend major travel/trade functions as assigned.
Candidates' Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferably with experience in wellness environments or resort hotel sales).
- Proven GCC sales experience with a specific focus on the Saudi Arabian market, including managing key client relationships and understanding market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in remote sales management, including virtual client engagement, independent decision-making, and delivering against sales targets.
- Deep understanding of Saudi business culture and the ability to engage with key stakeholders effectively across digital and in-person platforms.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and partners in the region.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, client data, and sales performance to adjust strategies and optimize results.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools (*, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems) and the ability to manage a remote sales pipeline effectively.
