Candidate Experience:

Candidates' Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferably with experience in wellness environments or resort hotel sales).
• Proven GCC sales experience with a specific focus on the Saudi Arabian market, including managing key client relationships and understanding market dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in remote sales management, including virtual client engagement, independent decision-making, and delivering against sales targets.
• Deep understanding of Saudi business culture and the ability to engage with key stakeholders effectively across digital and in-person platforms.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and partners in the region.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, client data, and sales performance to adjust strategies and optimize results.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools (*, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems) and the ability to manage a remote sales pipeline effectively.
