About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Red Sea Global. This role involves developing, overseeing, and managing our subsidiary’s financial initiatives, formulating budgets, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and collate reporting for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights.
• Work on Supply Chain & Logistics projects.
• Create presentations for insightful analysis and decision framing.
• Identify variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses.
• Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct internal studies in coordination with stakeholders.
• Understand business challenges and propose solutions.
• Support audit processes and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Professional accounting or finance qualification (CPA, SOCPA, CA, CFA, ACCA).
• Knowledge of financial principles.
• 5+ years of total experience, with 23 years in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience in a high-volume transactional environment.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Cloud Analytics is preferred.
