Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? Thndr is on a mission to democratize investing and is looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to lead and develop our finance function in Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in preparing and updating financial reports and budgets while ensuring compliance with KSA accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of ownership and be able to implement financial controls to safeguard company assets.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Control:
    • Prepare company financial statements in compliance with KSA standards.
    • Implement financial controls to maintain accurate records.
    • Collaborate with 3rd party auditors & tax consultants.
    • Ensure adherence to internal policies.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop annual budgets and financial models.
    • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
    • Monitor budget performance and provide cost control guidance.
  • Payroll and Banking Operations:
    • Assist with payroll management.
    • Oversee banking operations and ensure accurate transaction processing.

Your Profile:
We are looking for someone with high integrity and attention to detail. Key qualifications include:
  • CME1A & CME1B certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in financial management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
