Job Summary

Uni Contracting for Contracting is looking for a Saudi accountant/recent graduate to join our accounting team. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in the contracting sector and to work in a supportive and professional environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Daily entries in the accounting system.

Preparation and review of invoices for customers and suppliers.

Follow up on bank accounts and reconcile statements.

Organizing expenses and revenues and preparing regular reports.

Assisting in the preparation of monthly salaries.

Assisting in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in financial accounting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Good analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team and take responsibility.

Effective communication skills.

Desire to learn and develop professionally in a real work environment.

v  Main Duties and Responsibilities:

8- Prepare bank reconciliation statements monthly, show differences (if any), inform the financial manager for review, and prepare the necessary reconciliation entries.

9- Supervise the periodic and annual inventory of fixed assets and materials and reconcile them with the balances of respective accounts.

10-                Prepare the closing accounts at the end of the financial year.

11-                Propose developing general financial policies for the clinics and present them to the financial manager for approval.

12-                Ensure all departments adhere to the financial instructions for the clinics.

13-                Monitor cash collection and disbursement operations and ensure they are conducted according to established procedures and that they
