General Accountant

Responsibilities
- Managing daily accounting operations and recording financial transactions in the **Kayouts** program.
- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports accurately and on time.
- Monitoring and managing accounts payable and receivable and ensuring financial compliance.
- Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and tax reports and complying with financial regulations.
- Providing financial and administrative recommendations to support the company's strategic decisions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and achieve sustainable growth.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- A degree in accounting, finance, or any related field.
- Previous experience of no less than **one to three years** in accounting.
- Proficiency in working with the **Kayouts** program and the ability to extract reports and analyze data.
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax standards in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Ability to work in a **startup** environment and adapt to rapid changes.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Recording and analyzing financial transactions according to approved accounting standards.

• Preparing financial statements and periodic reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).

• Preparing tax and zakat declarations and ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.

• Monitoring the company's tax and zakat obligations and providing advice on best tax practices.

• Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

• Managing monthly and annual account closing processes.

• Monitoring and analyzing expenses and revenues and suggesting possible improvements.

• Ensuring the application of modern accounting systems and working on developing financial processes.

• Contributing to the preparation of management reports, budget estimates, and financial planning.

• Working on accounting programs and accurately entering financial data.
