We are seeking a meticulous and organized Junior Accountant to join our Riyadh office. This role will support our finance team in managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and accounts.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies.
• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
• Support the senior accountant in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (internships or entry-level experience are also considered).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (*, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
