We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health Club Manager to lead our state-of-the-art health club and wellness services at Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Center. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of fitness professionals, and ensure that our guests experience exceptional fitness and wellness offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the health club, including fitness classes, personal training, and member services.
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team to provide exceptional service.
  • Ensure the health club facilities are well-maintained, safe, and clean.
  • Drive membership sales, retention, and guest satisfaction.
  • Create and implement wellness programs to enhance guest experiences.
  • Monitor health club performance, budget, and operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in health club management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness with a focus on guest satisfaction.
