We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at famous Restaurant in Riyadh. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for developing new menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Nationality: Lebanese
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Ensuring the profitability of the restaurant through effective budget management and cost control
- Achieving budget accomplishments and contributing to the restaurant's revenue growth
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop new menus that showcase the authentic flavors and ingredients of Lebanese Armenian cuisine
- Lead and manage a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Develop and implement kitchen policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety
Requirements:
- Nationality: Lebanese
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 34 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, preferably with experience in Lebanese Armenian cuisine
- Previous experience working with a reputable Lebanese franchise or brand will be preferred, such as Leila Bin Lebnon, Burj Al Hamam, Karam Beirut, Beirut Khanum, Loris, Shababïk, or Harat
- Locally available in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, etc.) for immediate transfer
