Join Our Team as a Restaurant Hostess at Jareed Hotels!
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Hostess to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. This role is perfect for those passionate about customer service and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
  • Assist in seating guests promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding reservations and wait times.
  • Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Assist in training new host staff as required.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
  • 13 years of experience in hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • A friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in reservation management software.
