Required host to work in a upscale restaurant, with a tidy appearance and an attractive and courteous personality, with no less than a year of experience in hospitality and restaurants. Responsible for welcoming guests with a smile, organizing waiting lists, and guiding customers to their tables in a professional manner. Must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Main tasks:
• Welcoming guests and greeting them at the entrance of the restaurant
• Organizing and managing waiting lists efficiently
• Guiding customers to their tables and providing menus
• Coordinating with the table service staff and restaurant management
• Responding to customer inquiries and phone reservations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area
• Dealing with complaints and feedback in a professional manner
• Assisting in organizing special events and large reservations
