Hotel Reception Supervisor
Job Title: Hotel Reception Supervisor
Department: Reception
Location: Riyadh
Job Objective:
To provide effective supervision to the reception team to ensure exceptional customer service and enhance the guest experience at the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Supervising reception staff and distributing daily tasks.
- Training and guiding new employees to ensure their understanding of policies and procedures.
- Customer Service:
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional services.
- Process Organization:
- Monitoring check-in and check-out procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring the accuracy of information inputted in the reservation system.
- Communication:
- Communicating with other departments (such as housekeeping and maintenance) to ensure guest needs are met.
- Providing regular reports to the reception manager about team performance.
- Performance Improvement:
- Analyzing guest feedback and suggesting improvements to reception services.
- Participating in the development of strategies to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel reception, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage crises.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation and hotel management software.
- Organizational and time management skills.
Work:
- Full-time, may require working on weekends or holidays.
Notes:
Experience in the Opera system is essential.

- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
