As a member of our team, you will be at the heart of our hotel, ensuring a five-star experience for our guests by providing them with clean and comfortable accommodations. Your contributions will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences that exemplify our commitment to luxury and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, and all housekeeping areas according to established standards.
  • Replenish guest supplies and promptly address guests’ requests with care and professionalism.
  • Utilize the ** system to report damages or malfunctions in hotel rooms accurately.
  • Maintain housekeeping equipment in a clean and functional state.
  • Participate in daily staff briefings and conduct regular room inspections to ensure standards are met.
  • Monitor and report any unusual behavior or activities to the appropriate line.
  • Keep accurate records of room status and comply with health and safety policies.
  • Attend required training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a warm and caring personality to join us. Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous. You should have excellent organizational and time management skills and be able to focus on guest needs effectively.

About the role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments

Computer literacy and previous experiences with Opera are an advantage.
