• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
• Process onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
• Support payroll record preparation and maintenance.
• Manage employee benefits and leave requests.
• Organize training programs and development activities for employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate HR databases, filing systems, and related documentation.
• Help organize company events and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in an HR support role (internships or entry-level considered).
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

About the Company:
We are a leading signage company serving clients across GCC for various industries, and we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced "HR Executive" to join our team in Riyadh.

Purpose of the Role:
The Purpose of this role is to support the end and front-end functions within the Human Resources department. The employee should be responsible for executing new, routine, and other tasks assigned and also take initiatives to make the HR operations and transactions seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection:
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
  • Maintain and update applicants’ status.
• Employee Onboarding and Training:
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Conduct induction sessions on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Facilitate the completion of necessary company documentation.
• Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers on employee relations issues.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and Saudi Arabian law.
• Administration and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
  • Process employee payroll and benefits.
• Other Duties:
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Stay current with HR trends in KSA and labor laws.
  • Processing leave requests and approvals.
  • Reminder exit-re-entry processing & expiry.
  • Expiry/renewal reminder business & visit visas.
  • Processing employee requisitions such as salary certificates, etc.
  • Leave salary calculations & approvals.
  • Annual tickets amount processing.
  • End of service calculations processing & approvals.
  • Managing the attendance system and monitoring the attendance.
  • Validating the overtime.
  • Any additional tasks provided as and when the need arises with the scope of the department.

Qualification:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR, or Business Administration or relevant.

Experience:
At least 35 years of solid KSA experience in the Human Resources department and especially in functions such as HR Operations, Organization Development, and Payroll.

Skills:

• Must be an effective communicator with excellent communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).
• Very good skills in Microsoft Office and especially in MS Excel.
• Must be a multitasker and have the ability to handle work pressure with ease.
• Ability to think critically and provide logical inputs and out-of-the-box solutions.
• Ability to use EI for work-related matters.
• Must be very good in time management and committed.
• Arabic linguistic skills (Speaking or reading or writing) preferred.
