As a leading company in facility management and various services across Saudi Arabia, Seder Group is seeking a skilled HR Specialist to enhance our team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate employee records and supporting our recruitment efforts.

Job Summary:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for entering new employee data into our ERP system and ensuring all hiring procedures are followed effectively. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter new employee data into the ERP system.
  • Issue employee ID numbers in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Review hiring documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Update the HR database according to modifications.
  • Coordinate with departments to link ID numbers before the payroll deadline.
  • Prepare reports on new employee statuses.
  • Provide technical support to the recruitment team.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of HR experience in an ERP-based environment.
  • Strong accuracy, organizational, and data handling skills.
  • Effective communication skills and team collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
