Job Overview:
As an HR Specialist at ALbassam Company, you will oversee all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training and development. You will ensure compliance with policies and regulations while supporting various administrative services.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related major
  • Proven knowledge of human resources, recruitment, and training processes
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Qosi, etc.)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English

This position is for Saudi nationals only due to government regulations. Candidates should have reliable transportation to Riyadh or plan to relocate prior to starting the job.
