As a vital part of our Facilities & Property Management team, you will manage and align all insurance policies with our operational needs. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of navigating insurance regulations and providing strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze the company’s insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Manage and maintain relationships with insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Oversee the administration of health, medical, automotive, and general insurance policies for comprehensive coverage.
• Conduct regular audits of insurance policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the claims process by providing necessary documentation.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on insurance performance to management.
• Collaborate with legal and financial teams to align insurance strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Completion of a formal course in insurance procedures is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant insurance experience.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector is a plus.
