Alkaffary Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Controller Accountant to enhance our finance and inventory management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory accounting records in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Perform regular inventory reconciliations and address discrepancies between physical inventory and accounting records.
  • Prepare comprehensive inventory reports for financial analysis and management review.
  • Assist in the monthly close process by providing inventory-related data and analyses.
  • Collaborate with the inventory control team to assure accurate costing and valuation of inventory.
  • Review transactions related to inventory purchases, sales, and adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls for inventory management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, particularly in inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory valuation techniques.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
