Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network equipment.
- Train users on new software and hardware functionalities.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory and asset management.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
