IT Support Technician📣 Job Ad

At Finesse FZ LLC, we are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to manage our company’s IT assets and provide support to our employees. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of mobile services and fostering efficient communication within the organization.

• Manage company ISIT assets, including mobile devices and employee records.
• Coordinate with mobile device and telecom vendors for ordering and registering employee mobile devices and SIM/eSIM cards.
• Monitor mobile service costs to ensure compliance with the monthly budget.
• Provide on-call support for employees requiring roaming services in line with company mobile policies.
• Configure devices according to company policies and manage mobile device management solutions.
• Prepare and process monthly payments, segregating charges by department.
• Report to the ISIT Manager regarding employee issues, budgets, and support activities.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table).
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management technologies, such as Intune and Office 365.
• Understanding of Saudi government CITC compliance and ServiceNow is a plus.
