Join our team as an IT Support Specialist!
We are looking for a passionate individual who will provide excellent technical support and ensure seamless IT operations. You will collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and enhance our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT equipment and inventory.
  • Follow up on IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage software installations and updates across the organization.
  • Maintain documentation for IT processes and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors for procurement and logistical support of IT supplies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of operating systems.
  • Proficiency in network configurations and hardware maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including ADSL Modems and Routers, Wireless AP, Switches, Patch Panels, printers, and TCP/IP protocol.
