Junior Security Consultant Security Risk Management

About the Role

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Junior Security Consultant to join its Security Risk Management team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on security consulting, risk management, and the protection of people, places, and assets. The role involves working on projects across various sectors, including critical infrastructure, aviation, transport, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments throughout the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Security Risk Assessments (SRA), Threat Vulnerability Risk Assessments (TVRA), and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) studies.
• Assist in developing security strategies, operational concepts, and security design reports.
• Support security planning and design across aviation, transport, critical infrastructure, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.
• Conduct research on regional threat environments, security standards, emerging risks, and industry best practices.
• Support senior consultants with stakeholder engagement, workshops, and client presentations.
• Review architectural, engineering, and master planning documentation from a security and risk perspective.
• Contribute to security technology recommendations, including CCTV, access control, perimeter protection, intrusion detection, and command-and-control systems.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and project deliverables.

Required Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.

Work Environment and Location

This role is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will join a growing Security Risk Management team, contributing to major projects across the Middle East.
