Responsibilities

• Supervise daily line station operations for inspection and repair services on aircraft, ensuring 100% seat functionality at departure.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and logistics for maintenance operations.
• Schedule preventive maintenance on systems installed on customer aircraft during overnight holds.
• Maintain communication with local airport authorities for logistics and Customs clearance.
• Conduct hiring, training, and performance appraisal of direct reports.

Qualifications

• Background in Aircraft Line Maintenance with necessary regulatory licensing (* FAA Airframe and Power plant license).
• 35 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, with travel up to 20% required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and meet airport authority requirements.

About the Role:
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the operational service delivery team in Riyadh, ensuring KONE meets customer commitments with the highest quality standards. This role involves managing maintenance operations, fostering customer relationships, guiding technicians, and promoting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely responses to queries and effective resolution of complaints.
• Safety and Quality: Ensure the safety of all employees and end-users, adhering to service contract commitments and quality standards.
• People Management: Develop and motivate technicians through regular coaching and performance evaluations.
• Repair Sales: Manage and promote repair sales opportunities, converting leads into business.
• Maintenance Operations: Ensure compliance with maintenance methods and the timely completion of planned visits.

Are You the One?
We're looking for candidates who have:

• A Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Elevator & Escalator or similar industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• A strong service mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
