Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 515 years of experience in fast food restaurant operational management preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site operations is an asset.
• Strong leadership, management, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Excellent business acumen and knowledge of industry trends are required.
