The company delivers a science-based portfolio of brands and services across Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology. This role is for a Market Access & Pricing Lead based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offered on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping market access and pricing strategies for the Saudi portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the national market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategy for the Saudi portfolio, aligning with business objectives, regional pricing governance, and Vision 2030 Health Sector Transformation Program.
  • Translate strategy into executable national, cluster, account, tender, and stakeholder plans with defined owners, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Manage Saudi price positioning within the international price referencing system, considering the Kingdom’s role as a reference country and regional price alignment.
  • Design innovative access solutions, including managed entry agreements, outcomes-based and risk-sharing agreements, price-volume agreements, and patient access programs.
  • Lead pre-launch market shaping activities, including mapping national payers and policy stakeholders, aligning access planning with Regulatory Affairs, and identifying Saudi-specific evidence gaps.
  • Define launch price corridors and lead SFDA pricing submissions, ensuring consistency with international reference pricing and global launch sequencing.
  • Drive post-launch access optimization by securing listings on Ministry of Health and institutional formularies, and expanding inclusion across various health sectors.
  • Manage SFDA price re-evaluations, price reviews, and lifecycle events, and lead loss-of-exclusivity planning.
  • Oversee national tender strategy for NUPCO unified procurement, long-term agreements, and direct institutional purchases, ensuring compliance with local content requirements.
  • Lead HEOR initiatives, localization of global value dossiers, budget impact, and cost-effectiveness models in line with national health technology assessment requirements.
  • Lead pricing and reimbursement negotiations with SFDA, NUPCO, the Ministry of Health, health clusters, and institutional payers.
  • Build compliant relationships with key Saudi healthcare stakeholders and monitor the healthcare environment for policy changes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams, representing market access on the Country Leadership Team.
  • Serve as the primary market access subject matter expert in Saudi Arabia and the in-country point of contact for regional and global pricing committees.
  • Ensure all access, pricing, and stakeholder activities comply with SFDA regulations, the Saudi anti-bribery framework, and company compliance policies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute national market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies.
  • Experience in managing price positioning within international referencing systems.
  • Proficiency in designing innovative access solutions.
  • Experience in pre-launch market shaping, including stakeholder engagement and evidence generation.
  • Knowledge of SFDA pricing submissions and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in post-launch access optimization and managing lifecycle events.
  • Strong background in institutional business, tenders, and contracting, including compliance with local content requirements.
  • Expertise in HEOR initiatives, value evidence, and negotiation with payers.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and anticipate policy changes.
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and partnership within a global organization.
