The hotel marketing manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness for the hotel and attracting guests. His tasks include many aspects, such as:

  1. Preparing marketing plans: The manager sets appropriate marketing objectives and develops strategic plans to achieve these objectives.
  2. Market analysis: The manager studies competitors and market trends to understand market needs and achieve competitive advantage.
  3. Promotion and offers: Designing special promotional campaigns, such as seasonal offers and discounts to attract visitors.
  4. Digital marketing: Managing digital channels such as websites, social media, and paid online advertising to increase reach to potential customers.
  5. Public relations management: Building and enhancing relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to positively promote the hotel.
  6. Budget management: Monitoring the budget allocated for marketing and working to allocate resources effectively.
  7. Collaboration with other departments: Working closely with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and human resources to coordinate marketing campaigns with internal activities.
