Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets through digital channels.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
- Enhance SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Analyze and manage paid campaigns to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement customer targeting and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging digital marketing content.
- Monitor digital channel performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Optimize website and app UX/UI to boost user interaction and retention.
- Conduct A/B testing on advertising assets to identify high-performing creatives.
- Develop and manage retargeting strategies to build customer loyalty and increase repeat purchases.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and provide regular performance reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure alignment between digital strategies and overall marketing initiatives.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or their delegate.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising campaign management.
Preferred Training & Certifications:
- Courses in SEO and SEM to enhance paid and organic search performance.
- Workshops in data analysis and digital reporting tools.
Languages:
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
