About the Role:
The primary focus of the Office Manager is to ensure an efficient, engaging, and safe working environment for our team and visitors. This includes overseeing daily office operations, acting as the point of contact among department heads and external partners, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
Responsibilities:
About You:
The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in office administration or related roles, knowledge of local labor laws, and be proficient in both Arabic and English. You should be tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

- Ensure facilities comply with regulations and policies.
- Manage shipping and export/import compliance documentation.
- Assist in travel arrangements for clients and employees.
