About the Role:

As an Office & Administration Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee government relations, provide executive support, manage calendars and meetings.
  • Office Management: Coordinate workspace, oversee reception, manage maintenance and safety compliance, maintain vendor relations.
  • Logistics: Arrange travel and events, manage expense tracking.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Robust experience in a similar role.
  • Proactive self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in office software and IT systems.
